To our valued patients:
We are slowly reopening our office following the Covid-19 state of emergency. We have received revised guidelines from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario regarding enhanced infection control protocols, and restrictions on type of procedures we can do. These guidelines will change as the infection risk decreases, and we are given the permission from the RCDSO and Chief Medical Officer of Ontario to expand the treatment we can offer. Anyone entering the office will be given a screening for Covid-19, and only those who screen negative will be allowed into the premises. If you have your own mask, please wear it when entering the office.
Furthermore, we are staggering the patient appointments so that there is only one or maximum of two patients in the clinic at any given time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have, as this will make it more difficult to get an appointment, but our main concern is the health of our patients and staff. If you don’t have an appointment booked, but need to come in, please call ahead to let us know you are arriving, even if it’s to pay a bill.
Please call us if you have any concerns or questions regarding these policies.
